- Administration of medication, monitoring of medication doses, and patient response.
- Ensure the wellbeing of the clients by providing support to patients and their families and listening to their concerns and feedback.
- Report any unusual or drastic changes in the patient's behavior or symptoms.
- Collect, track, and maintain patient and client histories, including the record of new data.
- Weekly in-home visits to clients.
- Assist with the orientation and training of new employees.
- CPR classes will pay for the right candidate to become an instructor.
- CQL Accreditation
- Rotating on-call duties
- Current RN license in ND and MN.
- Knowledge of ND and MN Home Care laws.
- Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
